Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include sending a replacement item.

Sleeve Fitted was created out of a real need—and a lived experience. The idea began in 2018 after recognizing that traditional baseball caps simply weren’t made for people with big, heavy, or long hair. From locs and braids to thick natural hair, too many people were forced to choose between style and comfort.
After years of thought, learning, and development, Sleeve Fitted officially came to life with one clear mission: to create fitted baseball caps that actually work for our hair.
Our caps are designed with an extended sleeve that comfortably holds and supports long or heavy hair without pulling, slipping, or causing tension. No adjustable straps. No squeezing. Just a clean, fitted look that allows hair to rest naturally while staying secure.
